All "Book Free Lesson", "Ready to Start", and "Book Free Trial" buttons on the site link to Tally forms. Both forms require at minimum a first name and email address in order to proceed — this information is necessary so I can contact you about your trial lesson or follow up as a potential student. Additional fields (such as goals or quiz answers) are optional. Tally processes the data you submit through its own secure servers and has its own privacy policy. I receive only the information you enter, which I use exclusively to respond to your request and organise lessons.
The waiting list form on the dedicated page is built directly into the website and sends submissions via EmailJS. The data you enter (name, email, level, optional notes) is delivered securely to my inbox and is used only to contact you when a group spot opens. I do not share this data with third parties.
The booking calendar on the Bookings page is powered by Calendly. When you book a lesson, Calendly collects your name, email address, and chosen slot. Calendly has its own privacy policy. I receive a booking confirmation and use your details only to manage and conduct the lesson.
Reviews shown on the Home and Reviews pages are taken from public platforms (such as Google or social media). Only the student's first name and the text of their review are published — no photos, contact details, or other personally identifiable information.
If you are a student and wish to have your testimonial removed from this website, contact me at any time at info@englishwithmarcello.com and I will remove it promptly.

The following third-party services are integrated into this website. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data independently.
Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data about how visitors interact with this site. I store and process personal data in Italy. Data submitted through third-party tools (Tally, Calendly, EmailJS) is processed on their own servers. Analytics and advertising data (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) may be transferred to servers outside the EU, including the USA, in accordance with each provider's privacy policy and applicable data transfer mechanisms.
