01
General Information
The lessons are designed for anyone who wants to improve their English — students, professionals, adults and complete beginners. Whether you need English for work, travel or exam preparation, every lesson is tailored to your specific goals.
No minimum level required. I work with all levels, from A1 to C2. Before starting, we do a free trial lesson together to understand where you are and where you want to go.
Absolutely. If you're a complete beginner, we build the foundations together — pronunciation, essential grammar and your first real phrases — gradually and stress-free.
It depends on your starting point, frequency and goals. In general, with 1–2 lessons per week progress is visible within the first few weeks — more confidence speaking, richer vocabulary, more natural pronunciation. Concrete results come within a few months.
02
How Lessons Work
They are live, one-to-one lessons in real time via video call. No pre-recorded videos: every lesson is personalised for you, with immediate feedback.
Yes. Schedules are agreed together based on your availability. You can book lessons through the online calendar, choosing the time slot that works best for you.
You can use any device — phone, tablet or computer. All you need is a stable internet connection and a camera. For more interactive lessons (screen sharing, materials), a computer is recommended but not required.
03
Teaching Method
Yes, conversation is at the heart of the method. The goal is that you actually speak — with fluency and confidence — not just that you know the rules. Conversation lessons focus on real communication, practical situations and the English used every day.
Both, in balance. Grammar is explained when needed to better understand, but always in service of real use. The approach is practical: you learn a structure and use it immediately in real contexts. No theory for its own sake.
Yes. I am certified TESOL · TESL · TEFL · IELTS · TOEFL and prepare students for international exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, Oxford and CELPIP — with practice tests, strategies and targeted sessions to build real confidence.

Questions Everyone Asks
Absolutely. One-to-one online lessons are often more effective than in-person ones — they're completely personalised, distraction-free and you can do them from anywhere. Dozens of students have achieved great results with this method.
No. There is no right or wrong age. I have worked with students of all ages — from 16/18 to 60 and beyond. The key is not age, but motivation and the right method. If you want to start, the right time is now.
Yes. Many of my students had already taken courses, used apps or studied for years without real progress. The problem is often not the student — it's the method. Private one-to-one lessons are 100% tailored to you: you learn exactly what you need, in the way that works for you.
A native speaker teacher exposes you to real English: an authentic accent, idiomatic expressions and the nuances actually used in everyday life and the professional world. As a Canadian raised in Canada, I teach the English that is really spoken — not the textbook version.
07
For Complete Beginners
Yes, absolutely. For Italian-speaking students starting from zero there's no problem at all — even if you don't know a single word of English, we can begin without any issues. Italian is my second language, so I can explain concepts, grammar rules and vocabulary directly in Italian whenever needed. This makes the early stages much clearer and far less frustrating, without you getting lost in explanations you can't yet follow in English.
In this case it's a more challenging path, but not impossible. If you don't have English or Italian as a starting language, communication becomes more creative: we can work with images, gestures, visual examples and concrete contexts to build the basics step by step. It's not the easiest starting point, but with goodwill and patience on both sides it can work. If this is your situation, reach out before booking so we can figure out the best approach together.
